South Africa 2025: International Development Trip

As part of Sapience Institute’s global mission to empower Muslim leaders and revive intellectual confidence in Islam, Hamza Andreas Tzortzis will be touring South Africa from 15-20 June 2025.

This strategic initiative focuses on equipping select ʿulamāʾ, duʿāt, and community leaders with the tools to address contemporary doubts (shubuhaāt) and challenges of apostasy (irtidād), particularly those affecting the youth. Delivered through intensive daily training and evening public engagements, the programme is designed to revive prophetic wisdom, strengthen conviction, and offer a compelling response to ideological challenges such as atheism, zionism and LGBTQ+ ideology.

Representing Sapience Institute, Hamza will engage with local scholars, teachers, and students of knowledge across multiple venues, sharing frameworks grounded in Islamic tradition, philosophy, and effective daʿwah practice. This development tour is part of Sapience Institute’s broader vision to nurture a new generation of confident Muslim mentors, thinkers, and changemakers.
